My goal is to facilitate your well being.  How I help, is largely up to you.  It is easier if I know what you expect from me.  Massage can be so many things.  Do you want pain relief?  A quiet time-out from whatever your life is right now?  An energetic re-connection with your body (De-stress?)  I offer an experience, not a product and no experience is ever the same. I want to meet your expectations.  My methods are not scripted, but customized for you. Everything I do, can be done differently to suit you.  Massage is touching.  You make the rules, we follow the law, ethically and professionally.  I love what I do and expect to continue.
